    If you wish to enable multitasking or fast-user switching, you must be running MonoTouch 3.0.7 or newer.  

    To enable this feature you should edit the iPhone Build settings for the configurations of your project you wish to enable and ensure that SDK Version is at least 4.0.  You can use the Minimum OS Version to stipulate the lowest OS version you support.
